Referral programme terms

You bring us a client — you get $100, they get 10 % off. Version of 29 July 2026.

This is a translation. The Ukrainian text at hetoimos.com/rekomendacii is the authoritative one; where the two differ, the Ukrainian wording governs.

There are no referral links here, no cookies and no counters. The mechanism is simple: the person who writes to us names you — or you write to us yourself and introduce us. That is enough.

1. Who can take part

Anybody. You do not have to be our client. A designer, an accountant, a marketer or simply someone who knows a business owner all take part on the same terms.

2. What counts as a referral

3. How much, and to whom

4. When we pay

Within 5 working days of the referred client settling in full. We do not pay out of money we have not received, and we do not promise to.

5. How we pay, and why that way

By default the reward is credited to your account with us — it can be spent on your own maintenance, on new work, or on a second site. That way you get the whole amount.

In cash — if you are a registered business and can invoice us for the service. The reason is arithmetic rather than bureaucratic: on a payment to a private individual we become a tax agent and are obliged to withhold personal income tax and the military levy, so what reaches your hand is noticeably less than $100. We write this plainly rather than sorting it out after the payment.

A credit does not expire while your subscription is running.

6. If something goes wrong

If the referred client withdraws part-way or is refunded, the reward is recalculated in proportion to what they actually paid.

7. Your data

To credit the reward we record your name, how to reach you, and who you referred. How long that is kept and how to have it deleted is in the privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. A particular referral is governed by the version in force on the day the referred client first wrote to us.

9. How to start

Just tell the person to write to us and mention your name. Or write to us yourself — we will get in touch.
