Privacy policy
How we collect, store and use your data. Version of 29 July 2026.
This is a translation. The Ukrainian text at hetoimos.com/pryvatnist is the authoritative one; where the two differ, the Ukrainian wording governs.
Short version: we collect only what you typed into the form yourself, plus the technical details of the request. We pass it to nobody, we sell nothing, and we run no marketing mailings.
The sole proprietorship is still being registered, so section 1 carries the marker [sole proprietor: …] instead of registration data. We deliberately do not write invented data here; it will appear both here and in the terms of service before the first payment. Everything else in this document applies exactly as written.
There is no analytics on this site, no counter and no advertising tracker. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, nothing of the kind. We serve the fonts from our own server — so your IP address does not reach Google even for a font.
1. Who processes the data
The sole proprietor [sole proprietor: full name · tax number · registered address · state-register entry number], the site hetoimos.com. Questions about data go to [email protected] or t.me/hetoimos.

There is no field in the form we could do without. We do not ask for a phone number.
3. Legal basis
Your consent, given by filling in the form voluntarily (Ukrainian Law “On the Protection of Personal Data”, art. 11), and the need to take steps towards a contract at your request.
4. Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare's storage (Cloudflare, Inc.), which also serves the site itself. That is the only external processor.
The dollar rate used for the prices on the site comes from the National Bank of Ukraine's open service. That request is made by our server, not your browser — so your IP address never reaches bank.gov.ua.
5. The sites that open inside the page
In the “What we have built” section the frame shows the real site, not a screenshot. That means your browser talks directly to whichever site you are looking at — exactly as it would if you opened it in a new tab. There are four such addresses in total:

We deliberately do not tell those sites which page of ours you came from. They may set their own cookies — that is their configuration, not ours, and the browser keeps them separate from the ones you would get on a direct visit. We never accept anyone's cookie banner on your behalf.
The frame does not load until you scroll down to that section.
6. Who we share it with
Nobody. The data is not sold, not passed to advertising networks and not used for mailings. The exception is a lawful demand from an authorised state body.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies of its own. We keep three small things in your browser's memory, and all three exist so the site behaves the way you left it: the language you chose, the background variant you chose, and a note that you have already seen the intro. None of it leaves your device and none of it is used for profiling.
Cloudflare may set a cookie for bot protection — those are technical and are not used for advertising.
8. Your rights
- to find out what data of yours we hold;
- to correct it;
- to demand deletion — we delete within 3 working days;
- to withdraw consent at any moment.
Writing to [email protected] or t.me/hetoimos is enough. No forms, and no explanation of your reasons.
9. Children
The services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about people under 18.

The current version is always on this page. The version date is at the top.
