How much do I pay upfront?
50 % of the price is paid upfront once you order the site in writing. The other 50 % — only after you accept the work and say “yes”.
When will I see the site?
A business site or online shop is ready within 2 working days of prepayment and materials. We show it at a temporary address — open it on your phone; your domain isn’t needed for that.
What do you need from me?
Tell us what you do and share a link to your website or page, if you have one. We'll take the rest from there.
What if I want to change something?
We'll change it. As many edits as needed. You pay separately only for new features that weren't in the brief — and you know the price in advance.
How long until launch?
Business website and online store — within 2 business days from when you order the website, make the prepayment and hand over the materials. For a complex project, we state the timeline and cost before work begins.
Will the website be mine?
Yes. After full payment, the domain, code and all passwords are yours. The website works without us too.
Do you operate officially?
Yes, as a sole proprietor (FOP): bank transfer payment, an invoice and a certificate of completed work.
I already have a website. Do I have to throw it away?
Not necessarily. We'll look at what's wrong with it and tell you straight: fix it or rebuild it.
Do you run and pay for ads?
No. You run and pay for ads yourself or with your marketer. We make sure they work: a fast site, enquiries that arrive, and every pixel and analytics tag connected.
Will you connect Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Search Console?
Yes. We connect Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console and check that events arrive. We keep watching them in the “Unlimited” care plan (10,000 ₴/mo).
What exactly do you check every day?
In the “Unlimited” plan: every day a robot walks the buyer’s path and places a test order and enquiry, once a week we also run a test order by hand, and the site and database are backed up regularly — if something breaks, we restore a working version.
Won’t tags and Google rankings break when we replace the old site?
Not if the move is done right — and that is how we do it. We carry every tag and pixel over to the new site before launch. We keep page addresses, and where they change we set permanent (301) redirects from old to new, so Google passes the rankings on. We move page titles and descriptions, submit the new sitemap in Search Console and watch indexing for the first weeks.
